New Fitness Classes for the New Year

Wake Up Call
A morning boot camp–style functional fitness session to kickstart your day. This class combines strength, conditioning, agility, and full-body training. Perfect for all fitness levels—including non-tennis players.

Court Ready Mobility
Learn how to warm up properly with tennis-specific mobility, activation, and prehab exercises. Improve your range of motion, reduce injury risk, and move better both on and off the court. Suitable for all levels and non-tennis players.

Triple A (Abs, Arms & Ass)
Targeted exercises designed to tone your abs, arms, and glutes while building balance and total-body strength. A fun and effective workout for all fitness levels—even if you don’t play tennis.

Core Galore
A full core-conditioning workout focusing on stability, rotation, and power. Ideal for tennis players, but highly beneficial for anyone looking to strengthen their midsection. All levels are welcome.

Need for Speed
A high-energy session focused on footwork, sprints, plyometrics, and upper-body power. Designed to boost explosiveness and shot power for tennis players, but equally effective for anyone wanting to move faster and build athletic power. Suitable for all levels and non-tennis players.
