KĀHLĪ is being built in phases, and much of it is already open. Here is exactly where each part of the destination stands today.
Already open, and still growing
The Courtside Café opened in 2021, the Live More clinic in 2022 and the tennis academy in 2023. The Hillside Villas have been going up since September 2025, the Terraces follow, and the resort and the well-being centre come after them. When you buy at KĀHLĪ, you are buying into a place that already works, not a promise on paper.
Courtside Café & Sports Bar
Open since 2021The first part of KĀHLĪ to open its doors. All-day Thai and international dining and a sports bar overlooking the tennis courts, open to members, owners and guests.

Open since 2022The on-site lifestyle medical clinic: check-ups, diagnostics, IV therapy, recovery and physiotherapy, a short walk from the tennis courts.

KĀHLĪ Hillside Villas
Building since September 2025 · completion June 2027Nineteen Japandi hillside villas. Sales launched in 2023, construction began on the hillside in September 2025, and completion is estimated for June 2027, with progress updates for owners the whole way through.

Sales 2025 · building from November 2026Eight terrace homes with rooftop terraces and underground parking. Sales opened in 2025, construction is scheduled to begin in November 2026, and completion is estimated for December 2027.

IEE approved · final design and planningA 44-key boutique resort at the heart of the destination, with a central pool, restaurants and a club house. It has passed its Initial Environmental Examination and is in the final stage of design and planning permission.

Register interest →Why the Terraces were added
The Terraces were not in the original master plan. They were added in 2025, for a simple reason: the Hillside Villas sold faster than we expected, and the demand kept coming from people already here.
Guests come for the tennis academy and for health programmes at the Live More clinic, and they want to stay longer. Groups and families in particular kept asking for three bedrooms for extended stays. The Terraces answer that, and they sit alongside the villas rather than competing with them.
