Ownership

Leasehold made for foreign investors

KĀHLĪ is straightforward leasehold, the clean and legal way for a foreigner to own here. With the market now wary of nominee freehold villas, leasehold is the safe, transparent alternative: your rights are registered and held in your own name, with none of the nominee risk.

The build, month by month

Keep up with the build. We fly the hillside every month and post the latest photographs here, so you can watch your villa rise from anywhere in the world.

Your own villa takes about eight months. That window starts when your sale completes and we tell you work on your plot is beginning, so it is the clock that matters to you rather than the length of the wider build. The hillside programme began in September 2025 and is estimated to finish in June 2027.

Two ways to pay

Pay as the build progresses, or spread half the price over two years. Payment plans are approved on a case-by-case basis, so talk to our team about what fits.
