Tennis Clinic Group Class
Structured group training on one aspect of the game, finishing with matchplay to test it.

Clinic (Groundstrokes)
This is a group training session for players looking to improve their groundstrokes (Forehands & Backhands). This session consists of both deadball and liveable practices to improve the groundstrokes both technically and tactically, finishing with friendly matchplay at the end to test improved shots.
Clinic (Net Game)
This is a group training session for players looking to improve their Net Game (Volleys and Overheads). This session consists of both deadball and liveable practices to improve the net game both technically and tactically, finishing with friendly matchplay at the end to test improved shots.
Clinics (Serve & Return)
This is a group training session for players looking to improve their Serves & Returns. This session consists of both deadball and liveable practices to improve the serve & return technically and tactically, finishing with friendly matchplay at the end to test improved shots.
Clinic (Tactical Patterns)
This is a group training session for players looking to improve their tactical patterns (Where, Why, How, When & Which ways to play tactically). This session consists of both deadball and liveable practices to improve the tactical understanding both technically and tactically, finishing with friendly matchplay at the end to test improved shots.
Clinic (Matchplay)
This is group training session for players looking to practice their matchplay against players of the same level. Coaches will give feedback to players on their Technical, Tactical, Mental and/or Physical aspects of their game to help them develop.
Recreational Clinic
RecreationalThis is a group training session for Recreational level players looking to improve. This session consists of both deadball and liveball practices to improve a collective aspect of the group’s game, finishing with friendly matchplay at the end to test improved shots.
Intermediate Clinic
IntermediateThis is a group training session for Intermediate level players looking to improve. This session consists of both deadball and liveball practices to improve a collective aspect of the group’s game, finishing with friendly matchplay at the end to test improved shots.

Saturday
Learn to Play (Groundstrokes)
This is a fun group training session for players starting up tennis or not able to consistently hold a rally. Focusing on developing strong fundamental techniques on both forehand and backhand sides. Players will improve their hand-eye coordination, basic swing paths, ball control and consistency through simple, repetition exercises.
Learn to Play (Volleys)
This is a fun group training session for players starting up tennis or not able to effectively Volley when playing with others. Focusing on developing strong fundamental techniques on both forehand volley and backhand volley. Players will improve their hand-eye coordination, basic volley path, ball control and consistency through simple, repetition exercises.
Learn to Play (Serving)
This is a fun group training session for players starting up tennis or not able to consistently get their serve in and start points. Focusing on developing strong fundamental technique of the serve. Players will improve their ball toss, basic swing path, ball control and consistency through simple, repetition exercises.
Learn to Play (Returns)
This is a fun group training session for players starting up tennis or not able to consistently get returns back in the court. Focusing on developing strong fundamental techniques on both forehand and backhand sides. Players will improve their hand-eye coordination, basic swing paths, ball control and consistency through simple, repetition exercises.
Learn to Play (Games)
This is a fun group training session for players starting up tennis or not able to consistently hold a rally and serve. Focusing on developing strong fundamental understanding of how to play matches, scoring formats in tennis and court positioning.
Learn to Compete (Groundstrokes)
Designed for players ready to play more competitive tennis but struggle with certain aspects of matchplay such as serving, controlling the ball effective during a rally or volleying effectively with the correct technique. This session specifically focuses on the groundstroke techniques, shot selection, and rally control in both deadball and liveball exercises.
Learn to Compete (Net Game)
Designed for players ready to play more competitive tennis but struggle with certain aspects of matchplay such as serving, controlling the ball effective during a rally or volleying effectively with the correct technique. This session specifically focuses on the technique of the shots at the net (Volleys & Overheads), shot selection, and rally control in both deadball and liveball exercises.
Learn to Compete (Serving)
Designed for players ready to play more competitive tennis but struggle with certain aspects of matchplay such as serving, controlling the ball effective during a rally or volleying effectively with the correct technique. This session specifically focuses on the techniques of the serve (flat, kick, slice).
Learn to Compete (Returns)
Designed for players ready to play more competitive tennis but struggle with certain aspects of matchplay such as serving, controlling the ball effective during a rally or volleying effectively with the correct technique. This session specifically focuses on the technique of the return of serve, in both deadball and liveball exercises.
Learn to Compete (Matchplay)
Designed for players ready to play more competitive tennis but struggle with certain aspects of matchplay such as serving, controlling the ball effective during a rally or volleying effectively with the correct technique. This session specifically focuses on giving players the chance to apply their skills in structured match scenarios. Includes tactical coaching, point construction, and guided reflection to improve competitive mindset.

Cardio Tennis
The most popular tennis group class in the world, Cardio Tennis. This is a fun, medium to high intensity group training session where you can hit lots of balls whilst moving around the court to KĀHLĪ Tennis Academy’s specifically designed playlists. Great to burn of some excess calories, practice new techniques, get a sweat on or just run around laughing for 60 minutes.
