KĀHLĪ evokes calm and hale, or wholeness. The macron over the Ā signals breath and ease, and the clean lines echo our Japandi design language. Short, serene and memorable, KĀHLĪ stands for a life that is clear, intentional and well-lived.

We design spaces and programmes that make the three pillars of well-being, physical, emotional and social, work together. Our approach is quiet on the surface, with clean lines, natural materials and clear routines, but powerful underneath: it turns intention into habit, and habit into momentum.

One place, three pillars

Built one phase at a time
KĀHLĪ has grown the same way since 2021: open something, get it working, then build the next thing beside it. Nothing here is a promise on paper.
The Courtside Café opens
KĀHLĪ began with a café and sports bar beside the courts. It is still where everyone ends up.
The clinic, then the academy
The Live More lifestyle clinic opened in 2022. The tennis academy followed in 2023, with six covered championship courts and a full coaching team.
The Hillside Villas and the Terraces
Villa sales launched in 2023, construction began on the hillside in September 2025, and completion is estimated for June 2027. The Terraces were added to the master plan in 2025, with construction scheduled to begin in November 2026 and completion estimated for December 2027.

A 44-key boutique resort at the heart of the hillside, with a central pool, restaurants and a club house. It has passed its Initial Environmental Examination and is in the final stage of design and planning permission.

The Next Chapter
The full well-being centre follows in the master plan, taking recovery and longevity further than the clinic, the outdoor gym, the sauna and the ice bath reach today, alongside 95 high-end serviced apartments and a 54-key sports hotel.

Gareth Jones
Gareth is a specialist in information technology and business transformation. He has over 20 years of experience working in Asia Pacific implementing end-to-end information technology systems that manage mission-critical business functions and enable business transformation. He has run projects for large multinational companies including American Express, Caltex, Samsung, Microsoft and more involving technology, process and business transformation, and has extensive C-level management experience in Asia Pacific specific to health, sports and hospitality operations. A resident of Thailand for over 15 years, Gareth led the expansion of Thanyapura Health & Sports Resorts from a single location in Phuket to a multinational brand, with a second location in Changshu, China under construction and 48 more planned. However, due to COVID, China changed direction, as did Thanyapura, and he co-founded KĀHLĪ.
Thomas Adamthwaite
Tom has over 20 years’ experience in coaching and sports leadership and is a qualified ICI Tennis Director and PTCA Accredited Coach. Tom has worked with large international sports club brands, notably David Lloyd UK as the regional sports director, overseeing 27 properties focusing on tennis, basketball, table tennis, gymnastics, aquatics, fitness and memberships. Originally from the United Kingdom, Thomas is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of KĀHLĪ Phuket.
Neil van Heerden
A seasoned international executive with over two decades of leadership experience spanning strategy, sales, business development and transformation across diverse industries, with a track record of delivering complex improvement and innovation programmes within global organisations. Neil holds an Executive MBA in Corporate Strategy from London Business School and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Economics from the University of London.
Dr Deepali Kapahi
A dental professional with an MBA in Hospital & Health Management, Dr Deepali is the founder and managing director of Live More and Head of Medical at KĀHLĪ Phuket. She has more than 12 years of international experience across the UAE, the Maldives and Thailand, opening, overhauling and running clinics in a hospitality setting, including at Thanyapura Sports & Health Resort and Amanpuri, both directly managed and under management agreement.
Stephen Yolland
Eight years in property development and sales, overseeing site acquisition, planning, construction oversight, marketing, pricing and successful handovers, with hands-on, on-site project management to deliver on time and on budget. Before property, Stephen built over twenty years in banking and asset management across Asia, with strength in investment analysis, risk management, client relationships, regulatory compliance and capital allocation.
