Investing in Phuket, with KĀHLĪ

An operating sports and well-being destination on the island's west coast, a residential master plan in mid-build, and room for the right partner in what comes next.

Home/Investor Relations
The short version

Already open, still growing

Most property investment in Phuket starts with a render and a promise. KĀHLĪ started with a café. The Courtside Café has traded since 2021, the Live More clinic since 2022 and the tennis academy since 2023. The Hillside Villas are under construction toward 2027, the Terraces follow, and a 44-key resort has passed its environmental examination and is completing planning.

The master plan runs five phases deep and keeps moving at its own pace. This page is for the people who could change that pace: an investment partner to accelerate the later phases here, and take the brand further across Thailand.

Why Phuket, why now

Three markets meet on this hillside

Wellness tourism
USD 894B
Toward USD 1.38T by 2029

Global wellness tourism in 2024, growing about 9% a year. Thailand sits consistently among the world's top wellness destinations.

Sports tourism
USD 707B
The tennis segment alone: USD 108B

Global sports tourism in 2025, on track to more than double by 2034. Purpose-built venues capture the growth; generic resorts watch it pass.

Phuket villas
10 to 15%
Gross rental yields, 2024

Phuket's strongest real estate year in a decade, with Cherngtalay and Bangtao the island's most liquid market. KĀHLĪ is ten minutes from both beaches.

Ways in

Three ways to be part of it

01

A property portfolio

The simplest route: several homes across the Hillside Villas, the Terraces and, in time, the resort. The on-site team runs them, and each home earns under the same 60/40 rental pool as every other owner. No operational involvement required.

02

A defined joint venture

A single piece of the master plan with its own economics. The resort, the well-being centre, or a phase of residences: each can stand alone as a venture, ring-fenced, and run by the operating platform already on site.

03

A wider partnership

Equity in the project as a whole, and a seat alongside the founders. This is the conversation about pace: accelerating the later phases here, and taking KĀHLĪ to other locations across Thailand.

Memorandum packs

The numbers are ready when you are

Each route above exists as an investor memorandum with modelled scenarios, from a joint venture on one component of KĀHLĪ Phuket to the entire project. They are shared on request, in confidence, and they answer the first thirty questions you would ask anyway.
