Tom brings over 20 years of experience in coaching and sports leadership. Qualified LTA, PTR, USPTA, ICI, and PTCA Coach. As the founder and driving force behind the academy, he sets the vision, standards, and culture that underpin every programme delivered.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Tom previously served as Director of Sport and Regional Manager for the ALLSTARS programmes at David Lloyd Clubs, leading large coaching teams and multi-site development programmes. Since moving to Thailand in 2018, he has established a structured, high-performance environment built on clear player pathways and professional standards.
Tom remains actively involved on court every day, working closely with junior players and club members while leading and mentoring his coaching team. His expertise lies in Long-Term Player Development, with a particular focus on building strong technical foundations, tactical understanding, physical literacy, and resilient mindsets.
He is especially passionate about guiding junior players and supporting parents through each stage of the tennis journey — from first introduction to competitive development — ensuring every family understands the process, expectations, and long-term roadmap.
Under Tom’s leadership, the academy combines international experience with a hands-on, personal approach, creating a clear pathway for junior and club players to develop with purpose and confidence.
Dean Bann (Coach Dean)

Dean has been immersed in tennis since 1969, progressing from a top-level junior competitor to a former professional player and international senior representative. Today, his greatest passion lies in developing players of all ages and abilities.

Dean’s superpower is his versatility. Whether he’s introducing a five-year-old to their first rally, helping an adult beginner build confidence, or fine-tuning the game of an advanced competitor, he adapts seamlessly. His sessions are tailored, engaging and built around the needs, personality and goals of each individual.
He has an exceptional ability to spot small technical adjustments that make a big difference, while creating a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere where players feel safe to improve and enjoy the game.
Fully qualified with LTA Level 3, USPTR Pro and EFR Instructor certifications, Dean combines decades of playing knowledge with genuine care for every student.
Dusan Mihailovic (Coach Dusan)

A Former ATP Professional Player with over 16 years of coaching experience, Coach Dusan has previously dedicated 13 years to developing top talent in Shenzhen, China. Working with elite Chinese players across various age groups, he has refined his ability to nurture technical skill, build confidence, and inspire excellence.

Konstantin Kravchuk (Coach Konstantin)

Coach Konstantin Kravchuk brings world-class playing experience and a deep understanding of elite tennis to his coaching. A former professional on the ATP Tour, he reached a career-high singles ranking of ATP No. 78, competed in all four Grand Slam tournaments — the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open — and amassed significant experience in both singles and doubles competition.

Konstantin also proudly represented Russia in Davis Cup competition, contributing in both singles and doubles rubbers and bringing valuable team match-play insight.
As a coach, Konstantin combines his high-performance background with a clear teaching philosophy: he believes in developing players with a complete technical foundation so they can confidently handle any on-court situation. Coach Arm is a specialist in Junior Development, with particular expertise in working with Under 10 players and building strong foundations during the most important early stages of a child’s tennis journey. With experience coaching players from as young as three years old through to professional athletes competing at WTA level, Arm brings both depth and perspective to his coaching.

He has worked with the Thailand National Team and has also served as a professional hitting partner for WTA players. Over the past 10 years, he has coached international juniors of all nationalities, ages, and abilities, developing a reputation for producing confident, technically sound young players.
Arm is especially known for his ability to make tennis fun, engaging, and energetic while maintaining high standards and strong work ethic on court. His sessions are structured, dynamic, and full of positive energy.

Chanyaphat Boonyawatvanith (Coach Bright)

Coach Bright, also known as “Mr Happy,” is an experienced Thai national-level player and dedicated junior development coach from Songkhla. Having started tennis at just five years old, the sport has always been at the centre of his life. As a player, he competed at national and international level, representing his province in the National Youth Games and National Student Games, and later competing against some of Thailand’s top university players.

After gaining coaching experience in Songkhla, Bright relocated to Phuket to join the Academy, where he began as a Hitting Partner then Assistant Coach. Under the direct mentorship and guidance of Academy Director Coach Tom, he completed an intensive 12-month development programme before being promoted to Development Coach.
Coach Bright now specialises in junior player development, focusing on building strong technical foundations, correct movement patterns, and positive training habits from an early age. His sessions are energetic, structured, and engaging, creating an environment where young players can develop confidently while enjoying the learning process.
With his enthusiastic personality and strong technical grounding, Coach Bright is particularly well suited to junior players looking to progress through the Academy pathway with clarity, consistency, and support.

Coach Kitty is a former Finland Junior National tennis player whose competitive background underpins her high-performance approach to Strength & Conditioning. She transitioned into coaching early in her career, qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach in 2011.

She now specialises in tennis-specific S&C, leading all off-court development including strength, speed, agility, movement efficiency, injury resilience, and long-term athletic progression.
As Head of Strength & Conditioning, she delivers structured, performance-driven programmes tailored to the individual needs of each athlete — from developing players to high performers. Her coaching style is disciplined, demanding, and energising, combining accountability and intensity with the ability to adapt intelligently to every player she works with.

Preem began playing tennis at the age of 8 and quickly developed a passion for competitive tennis. He has represented Phuket Province in major national events, including the National Youth Games and National Student Games, and competed for Assumption University (ABAC) in intercollegiate competitions.

Playing to an ITN 3 level, Preem is able to train and rally confidently with players across all standards — from developing juniors and club players through to high-performance and professional athletes.
As a hitting partner, Preem is known for his professionalism, consistency, and strong work ethic on court. He brings intensity and focus to every session, ensuring players receive high-quality repetition and match-realistic training. At the same time, his friendly and approachable personality makes him easy to work with and popular among players of all ages.
Preem is currently progressing towards becoming a full-time coach, continuing to expand his knowledge and experience within the academy environment.
