We’re thrilled to share KĀHLĪ Phuket—a destination for modern living that brings together residential homes, a boutique resort, a professional tennis academy, and integrated health & well-being programs. Our design language is Japandi—clean lines, natural materials, soft light—layered with bioclimatic thinking (airflow, shade, orientation) so spaces feel cooler, calmer, and easier to live in every day.
At KĀHLĪ, we balance energy and ease: train with intention, recover with design, and belong to a supportive community. Whether you’re here for a week, a season, or the long run, the goal is simple—healthy routines that actually stick.

Phase 1 (now)
KĀHLĪ Hillside Villas — Limited collection of private villas with elevated, mountain-facing outlooks, Japandi finishes, and indoor–outdoor living. 90% sold out already, only two units remain for purchase.
KĀHLĪ Terraces — 8 exculsive 219 sq.m three-bedroom (2+flex) residences designed for longer stays; cross-breezes, deep shading, smart storage, and private outdoor areas.
KĀHLĪ (SiamSportsPro) Tennis Academy — Open since 2023, Covered, all-weather courts with coaching, clinics, and leagues; a year-round engine for active living.

KĀHLĪ Well-being Centre (~3,200 sqm) — Gym, recovery, thermal/onsen experiences, classes, sports science & recovery, and preventive health programs.
KĀHLĪ Sports Hotel (54 Keys) — Additional hotel inventory aligned to academy and well-being demand, at a more affordable price point.
From QAV to KĀHLĪ
Many of you knew the project as QAV Life and QAV Pool Villas. We’ve retired those names and unified the destination as KĀHLĪ Phuket (and KĀHLĪ Hillside Villas for the villas). QAV Residences, our sister project also on Pasak Soi 8, continues to operate under the QAV brand, with KĀHLĪ Phuket providing sports & well-being memberships to owners.
Why the change?
Over the past few months, we resolved legacy construction issues and appointed a new construction company Constructive: Build.
The rebrand to KĀHLĪ reflects:
a clean slate and a clearer design and service philosophy,
an expanded master plan with a unified vision,
commitment to our property owners and community in delivery of this outstanding destination.
We’re proud of the lessons learned and the stronger platform they produced. The team, vision, and customer focus remain—now with a brand that better matches who we are.
